Are your snacks freshly made?

Yes. All our snacks are freshly prepared in small batches using natural ingredients. We do not mass-produce or warehouse products for long periods.

What is the shelf life of your products?

Our snacks have a short shelf life as they are freshly made and minimally processed. The exact best-before date is mentioned on each product label. We recommend consuming the snacks well before the mentioned date for optimal freshness and taste.

Do your snacks contain preservatives?

Most of our products are made without artificial preservatives. Ingredient details are listed on each product page and packaging for full transparency.

How are the snacks packaged?

Our snacks are packed in airtight, food-grade packaging to maintain freshness and prevent contamination during transit. Fragile snacks may experience minor breakage, but this does not affect quality.

How should I store the snacks after delivery?

- Once opened, transfer contents to an airtight container (if not resealable).

Delivery timelines depend on your location:

- Non-metro cities: 2–5 business days
- Remote locations: 3–7 business days

We dispatch orders quickly to ensure freshness upon arrival.

Do you accept returns?

Since our products are perishable food items, returns are accepted only if:

- The package is damaged during transit
- The seal is broken upon delivery
- The airtight pack is puffed or compromised
- You received the wrong item

Please report such issues within 24 hours of delivery with photos.
